Journeying from Surviving to Thriving

We believe that housing is the foundation for stability and flourishing. With housing in place, you can focus on setting and achieving your goals to reach stability and ultimately contribute to a thriving community. No matter where you are in your journey, we’re here to connect you to secure, sustainable housing and supportive programs that build stable, thriving communities.

Housing Services

If you are currently experiencing homelessness or have received a court summons for an eviction, we are here to help. Our experienced staff, some of whom have also experienced homelessness, are here to walk with you through the next steps as you seek safe, affordable and stable housing. As you journey back into housing, we offer clear housing assessment services that focus on asking only necessary questions.

Housing is more expensive than ever before, so we also offer programs to pay for security deposits for those experiencing homelessness and rental assistance for those exiting homelessness or who are at risk of homelessness

Maintaining housing can also be a challenge, so we offer supportive housing-based case management services to those enrolled in our programs that help you maintain your rental while connecting you with community resources and skills to reach your employment, educational, mental health and future housing goals.

Supportive Services

Finding stability goes far beyond having a place to call home. For those looking to take additional steps toward financial stability, our local chapter of Circles exists to build your connections and help you meet your goals.
