COMMUNITY HOUSING PARTNERSHIP 2008 FORE HOPE OPEN
2 Person Best Ball Tournament May 20 The Ravines • Saugatuck Sponsored by Good Samaritan Ministries Community Action House
Tee off with the Community Housing Partnership and enjoy a half day of golf, food, prizes and raise support to help homeless families and invididuals. The Fore Hope Open includes continental breakfast, cart, green fees, lunch along with great awards and prizes.
Registration fee is $300 per 2 person team. Only one mail in registration is needed for each team. Handicap information required to be eligible for prizes. Deadline to register: May 14, 2008. Shotgun start 8:00 a.m. Buffet lunch includes program and prizes.
Each team is encouraged to obtain pledges to support this area’s largest transitional housing program. Proceeds will benefit the Community Housing Partnership whose focus is to help families acquire the life skills needed to secure and retain permanent housing. This golf event raises one-third of the local match needed.

Giving For Good Auction is our online auction organized to raise support to benefit Good Samaritan Ministries and two areas of outreach - The Clearinghouse and Beyond The Walls. The fundraising goal is $20,000 which is 1/3 of the yearly budget for the Clearinghouse and Beyond The Walls.
How can you help?

Sign up as a sponsors to underwrite the cost of this event. Your company name will be prominently displayed in the auction catalog with a link to your website. Your company name will be included in all promotional materials and be considered a community ministry partner.

Donate an item or service such as travel, recreation, personal services, home furnishings, electronics, jewelry and more. Complete the item donation form and receive a receipt for your donation.
