Eviction Response Specialist (Full and Part Time, Temporary)

Join our team of passionate professionals as an Eviction Response Specialist. This position supports our mission to end poverty and homelessness by working with vulnerable Ottawa County individuals and families who are behind on rent to determine eligibility for financial assistance.

This position is grant-funded and therefore temporary until December 31, 2021 with potential for extension depending on funding.

Front Desk Volunteer (4 hour shifts)

Would you like to use your time to make a difference? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Come join our team of Fabulous Front Desk Volunteers! We are currently looking for individuals who can immediately fill the following openings: Mondays 1-5pm, Thursdays 1-5pm, Fridays 1-3pm  (Summer hours, Switching to 1-5p in the fall)

You will work in a warm, friendly, professional office setting, answer and re-route incoming phone calls, as well as greet visitors and customers that come into our office. Training and support will be provided. Spanish Speaking preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older
