Housing Case Manager
The Housing Case Manager is responsible for providing proactive, solution-focused support to homeless households during the entire re-housing process. This often includes assisting with housing search, attending frequent in-home case management meetings, and offering aftercare support services. Having a basic understanding of rental rules, a proven ability to assess and determine assistance needs for households in crisis, and providing a case management process that is organized, objective, and ethical are expectations for this role.

Front Desk Volunteer (4 hour shifts)
Would you like to use your time to make a difference? Do you enjoy meeting new people? Come join our team of Fabulous Front Desk Volunteers! We are currently looking for individuals who can immediately fill the following openings: Mondays 1-5pm, Thursdays 1-5pm, Fridays 1-3pm (Summer hours, Switching to 1-5p in the fall)
You will work in a warm, friendly, professional office setting, answer and re-route incoming phone calls, as well as greet visitors and customers that come into our office. Training and support will be provided. Spanish Speaking preferred but not required. Must be 18 years of age or older
