Responding to a Housing Crisis Packet: Information to assist persons experiencing housing instability in navigating options to avoid becoming homeless.

If you are experiencing an eviction: This FAQ Sheet explains basic criteria for meeting eligibility requirements for eviction prevention assistance. After viewing this document, you may determine that you meet the basic criteria for assistance. You are encouraged to take the Screening Survey above.

If you are experiencing homelessness and need shelter: Emergency Shelter options in Ottawa County and surrounding areas are listed.

Housing Search and Service Navigation Packet: A packet consisting of resources, tips, and information for those experiencing homelessness.

Subsidized Housing List: A list of housing available in Ottawa County that is subsidized (based on income) and reduced rent options.

You are welcome to call or email our Housing Team with questions.  Calls and emails are returned during regular business hours in the order in which they are received.  We seek to return calls and reply to emails a quickly as possible, yet high volume of requests can result in delays in response times.
